Coaching is not therapy or medical care
I am a leadership and ADHD coach. I hold a master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, but I am not a licensed psychologist, therapist, counselor or medical provider. Coaching is not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment or therapy, and it does not replace the advice of your doctor or other qualified professional.
No diagnosis
I do not diagnose, treat or prescribe for ADHD or any other condition. The ADHD Leadership Profile Quiz is a self-reflection tool. It describes patterns in how you lead, and it is not a clinical assessment or a diagnosis. If you think you may have ADHD, a licensed clinician can evaluate you. I work with women who have a diagnosis and with women who suspect they have ADHD; a diagnosis is not required for coaching.
About my content
The articles, emails, workbooks, social posts and other content I share are for education and information. They are based on published research, my professional training and experience, and my own opinions. Research on ADHD keeps evolving, and what works for one person may not work for another. Use your own judgment, and talk with a qualified professional before making decisions about your health, medication or treatment.
Your results
Coaching is a partnership, and your results depend on your own effort and circumstances. I cannot promise specific outcomes, such as a promotion, a particular income or a change in symptoms. Client stories on this site are real experiences and are not a guarantee of what you will experience.
If you are in crisis
Coaching is not crisis support. If you are thinking about harming yourself or are in immediate danger, call or text 988 (the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline in the US) or call 911.
