The Humanity Approach (“I”, “me”) is the coaching practice of Tiffany Edgar, operated by Tiffany Edgar, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. This policy explains what personal information I collect through thehumanityapproach.com and my coaching services, why I collect it, and what you can ask me to do with it. I keep it short and plain on purpose.
What I collect
- When you take the ADHD Leadership Profile Quiz: your first name, email address and quiz answers, collected through Typeform.
- When you download a free resource or join my email list: your first name and email address, collected through Kit.
- When you book a call: your name, email address, the answers you give to the booking questions, and the time you choose, collected through Calendly. Calls take place on Zoom.
- When you email me: whatever you choose to include in your message.
- When you become a coaching client: the information you share in your intake questionnaire, assessments (including the Highlands Ability Battery), sessions and voice messages, and your payment details, which are processed by QuickBooks Payments. I never see or store your full card number.
- When you visit the website: like every website, the server keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) for security. This site does not use advertising trackers.
How I use it
- To send you your quiz results, free resources and the emails you signed up for.
- To schedule and prepare for calls and coaching sessions.
- To deliver the coaching program and the materials that come with it.
- To process payments and keep the business records the law requires.
- To improve my programs, using information that does not identify you.
I do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. I do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

What coaching clients share with me
What you share in coaching stays between us. I do not share it with your employer, even when your employer pays for the coaching, unless you give me written permission. The exceptions are the ones the law requires, such as a serious and immediate risk of harm to you or someone else.
Emails
Every email I send includes an unsubscribe link. One click and you are off the list.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The Calendly booking calendar and the Typeform quiz may set their own cookies when you use them, to make the booking or quiz work.
How long I keep it
I keep email list information until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it. I keep coaching client records for seven years after the program ends, and financial records for as long as tax law requires.
Your choices
You can ask me to show you, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you. Email tiffanyedgar@thehumanityapproach.com and I will respond within 30 days.
Children
My services are for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If I change this policy, I will update the date at the top of this page.
